Straightforward Pricing for Individual Needs
The needs of residents at Longhouse Assisted Living and Memory Care Households vary, but our principles do not. We were founded on the premise that “if it isn't fair and honest, it isn't good business.”
We have simple pricing comprised of a base rate which includes room, board, care, and supplies plus three levels of extra care fees for advanced care needs.
We also charge a one-time community fee to cover the costs incurred in bringing in a new resident and for the upkeep and maintenance of the community.

Longhouse Bothell - Canyon Park is scheduled to open in September 2026. It is a 15-room household with a sun porch, a beautiful garden and gazebo, an open kitchen and many other wonderful features. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We are taking reservations now!

Longhouse Redmond
Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, right next to the First Baptist Church of Rose Hill. We are in the early stages of development and expect to open Spring 2028. Longhouse Redmond is a 15-room household with a sun porch, a beautiful garden and gazebo, an open kitchen and many other wonderful features.
